House on Stilts in Nogales, AZ

We could see this home as we went to Rte 19 to head home from this city. Well, Jim and I took some time and found it. Even the driveway is on stilts! The homes in the distance are in Mexico. So, it is built only a few blocks from the border and in the air! Wonder what they paid for the lot?
